okay let me do an update on krabi tho i still haven't gotten pictures from keok and lh.

.flashback 5th july.
i went to phuket with lh one day earlier than the rest of the main group because we booked our flight later and this was much cheaper. We camped at the airport overnight and kinda took a taxi out to explore the place in the morning after our bad night of sleep. (photos with lh)

then the main group came with alot of bags and a bunch of questions for the two of us. It was some kind of experience I would say(: Next up, before we knew it, we were zoomed off to krabi town on a van and there I was, fast asleep. You have no idea how long the ride was! I was awakened a few times and the sign remained a '22 sth' we assumed was to krabi town. inside my head, I was shouting 'are we there yet? are we there yet? are we there yet?' cos I personally for one can't really stand long rides. I hate travelling. food remnants in the stomach were protesting to come out if we were to travel for another 20min. got down, toilet break then it was our last stretch of road to railey/tonsai on a long tailed boat! When we got there, thank god man! finally it was an end to travelling.

In Tonsai, roommates changed to zx, shu and keok again! tj unite we show our might. bah what! It doesn't mean just because we were tj peeps, we hanged ard among ourselves only. the arrangement was democratic. hmm this time round, the rooms were bigger and more ppl came over to play cards. I preferred talkcock sessions with the girls cards. Cards for the first time was okay cos i was nv exposed to munchkins before. but later, it became too serious that i turned to sleeping early instead. why so serious dudes. x) but then again, different ppl enjoy doing different things on a holiday! :D

another part of our night life was actually on checking out the bars and of course, the fire shows. no doubt there was a lil drinking. apparently chiang beer lost to samsung(or how you spell it) in terms of taste but chiang beer/singha won in terms of pricing. drinks at small world bar: alcohol content 50% of usual; entertainment: MAXED out. let's intro you to darts, poi ball, slackline and the ninja stick. In daylight, they look harmless and mundane to the locals; but at night, those things come to live with some kerosene and of course, fire. enchanting. one more highlight, was supposedly the peace cake. but uh, it was strictly overrated unless you really feel something upon taking a bite. we should try instead 'the puff of black ninjas'. according to yixiong, one mouth of that and 15 minutes becomes 3 hours, unknown hallucinations begin. one day ya i'll try it!
that's kinda all for night life with the main group. Will post another post with the sub group. haha. okay. now to the climbs! basically we went to various places to climb each day ( i need a guidebook now for reference!)

Railey
Wall one-two-three: 4 routes. (hh don't scold me i really don't know the names of the routes)
Thaiwand Wall: freaking hot place and i didn't bring a shirt. 1 route:caveman (ended up sleeping up there)

Tonsai
Firewall: Groovetube, Boobtube
Tyrolean: Missing snow, sloper route and lars and lars.
Tonsai Roof: Beauty and the Beast, 6a and 6b
Multipitch 100m: Humanility(yixiang got stuck on it, lesson to learn. luckily we had company and was saved!) pics up on next post.
Deep water solo: i only climbed a little and couldn't hold on anymore cos of sucky tiles. ARR and i dropped. It was fun but i wanna go higher. :(
