selling homemade durian puffs @ $1.00 for 1
Baked THREE batches of puffs today.
it was like science experiments. kinda adjusted the instruments used, the temperature and timing. learnt a bit about my oven; you are hotter at the back and colder in front(hmm. so i had one row of not-so-cooked puffs).
Now to end off the day, i still need some whipped cream and icing sugar! waiting for cong to accompany me down to 'giant'.
and i just realised fathers' day has to be celebrated on a sat, THIS sat. May have to miss rockmaster and tj climbing outing. oh dear.. bummer. but we get to whip up something yummy for the fathers. heh not that bad(:
