I got a room in temasek hall! the next few weeks would involve a lot of administrative matters to settle before university life officially begins. medical check up, QET, camps and moving into the hostel..

Anyway, yesterday while working in AC @ KM, there was this uber cute girl who was running in front of my stall,with her ice cream cone. then suddenly, she ran all the way to me and nearly into the kitchen! which was out of bounds. my boss was baking inside! luckily i stopped that small lil figure in time. so i looked at her, smiled, and told her that she cant go in. she then popped a very weirdly logical qns that i wouldn't have asked at this age,

uber cuute girl: what's behind the door? i wanna go in and see..*licking ice cream at the same time*
me: OS:how do i answer her, it's not as if she'll understand if i told her it was a kitchen..
me: *squat down so we are of same height* it's a kitchen where the cakes and fridges are..
uber cuute girl: *stared at me for a while* i wanna go in and see.. i wanna go in and see.. what's behind the door..
me: OS: omg.
me: sorry girl girl, i really can't let u in. my boss is inside.

haha and as expected, she still didn't get a word of mine and kept insisting in. and i kept insisting not, this went on till she finally decided to retreat to her mother's side. by then, the tip of her nose was already covered with ice cream, yet she just continued licking it. looking over occasionally, pointing over occasionally.. hah!

so cute right. now i'm OSing that if she really wants to see what's in the kitchen, wait for a decade, and apply for a job here after your A's :)) lol. you'll get to see what's behind the door.

oh ya, SC caroline, xiang ting and claire came to my shop to order a cake for kengmun's birthday celebration. guess how much they spent on the cake itself only. a bomb. haa. but it's for many ppl i guess, so it's okay. oh dear, but still, omg! the price of the cake's daylight robbery!




and for now, a flashback on last thursday's class outing! the initial plan was to visit jasmine whose jaw has just been operated on. eeow! but there was a sudden change of plans as jas was admitted into icu the last minute. and so, we couldnt visit her. kinda scared me that time, cos icu sounded extremely serious. but she's quite ok now, just that she's still on liquid food.. :s hmm, meeting venue changed from outram to city hall. we toured basement 1 for lunching ground and in the end we settled down for pizza place cos it was available. for food pictures, visit weiling's blog! haha thought our pizza looked quite nice, but it's really too creamy and really filling! oh dear, all the funny pics! it's been so long since we gathered and caught up. weiling's still so funnae. huiting's sick again. shining's been having a great time in malaysia, liling's appeal to FASS was successful and i'm still always laughing! haha! now, uni's starting.. aaahh! actually i'm quite scared.

but. that will be temporary. once school starts, everything should fall in place.. and haha! school will rock once again! xD
